The positioning centred on a compelling idea: smiles after purchase — the moment when a customer's delivery experience turns from anxiety into delight. Our job was to make that idea visible.
We found the key in the name itself. Written in capitals, FOXDELI contains XD — the universal emoticon for laughter. That discovery became the foundation of the entire identity. The XD was developed into a bold graphic element that lives across the brand: in the logo, in social media, in presentations, on the website.
We built a complete visual system around it — vibrant colour palette, confident typography, layered compositions with 3D shadow effects, and photography direction focused on genuine, happy customers. We also designed the homepage as the primary testing ground for the new brand, built around strong headlines and the energy of the XD motif.
